Coolidge Corner Yoga in Brookline and Sadhana Yoga in the South End are sister yoga studios with community at their heart. Co-owners Tatyana and David Souza believe that when you feel good, you do good, and they promote this with a variety of active and restorative yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Yin, Forrest, Gentle, Prenatal and Kids Yoga. Both studios have robust family yoga programs, serving children from infant to teen years. The studios foster a peaceful and accepting atmosphere with skillful and compassionate teachers who cater to yogis of all levels. Pilates Back Bay

Pilates Back Bay is a fully equipped, boutique studio located in the heart of Boston’s BackBay. We offer private and small group lessons taught by experienced teachers, with comprehensive classical or contemporary training. Our clients are given a customized program based on their individual needs and goals. Our new moms swear that Pilates is the reason they are able to “bounce back” so quickly and why they are wearing their pre-baby jeans. Pilates strengthens abdominal and pelvic floor muscles which are crucial in the delivery of your new addition and just as important afterwards.

***For your safety and the safety of your baby we do not advise starting Pilates or any new exercise routine after you become pregnant. You should start your Pilates practice before getting pregnant and continue all the way through pregnancy***
