European Food Festival (Boston)
June 1

Join the Belgian Honorary Consulate for this popular professional networking event featuring food, beer, wine, and spirits from Germany, France, Britain, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands in the gorgeous ballroom of the Goethe-Institut Boston, a former Back Bay mansion.

Food Trucks for CASA (Manchester, NH)
June 2–4

This festival (with proceeds benefitting Court Appointed Special Advocates) will bring you more than a dozen of the best New England food trucks. Plus, they’ll have some tasty cold craft beers for you to enjoy as you stroll around the trucks in the idyllic McIntyre base area.

BeerAdvocate Microbrew Invitational (Boston)
June 2–3

BeerAdvocate is proud to announce the return of its Microbrew Invitational at the Seaport World Trade Center. Last year’s lineup of beer, cider, mead, kombucha, and sake from over 70 small producers was one of their most diverse lineups yet. BeerAdvocate is excited to do it again and improve on this unique event.

Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl (Boston)
June 6–8

The annual Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl is the nation’s largest all-you-can-eat ice cream festival. A Boston tradition, the Scooper Bowl serves up ice cream and frozen yogurt from 10 of the nation’s leading ice cream companies. Since its inception in 1983, the Jimmy Fund Scooper Bowl has raised more than $5 million for cancer research and care at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Taste of the Vineyard (Edgartown)
June 15–17

The Taste of the Vineyard, or “The Taste,” as it is affectionately known, is easily the most anticipated event on Martha’s Vineyard. It’s a grand two-night affair that kicks off the island’s social season in early June each year.  

A Wild Affair :: Tasting at the Zoo (Stoneham)
June 17

Get those taste buds ready for a wild night at Stone Zoo’s 13th annual fundraiser. This event will feature stations hosted by greater Boston’s best restaurants and caterers as well as live entertainment, a silent and live auction, and an opportunity to stroll among the animals. See below for a list of this year’s amazing (and delicious) food and drink vendors! Proceeds from A Wild Affair support the operation and continued growth of Stone Zoo, its education programs, and its conservation initiatives.

Boston JerkFest (Boston)
June 23–24

Boston JerkFest is an outdoor/indoor family-friendly Caribbean-style foodie festival that features Jamaican jerk spiced food and all things spicy and hot. This 21+ event features live music and unlimited tastings of rum, local craft beer, and a variety of Caribbean themed libations.

Cape Cod Chowder Festival (Hyannis)
June 24

The Cape Cod Chowder Festival is a fun annual event at the Cape Cod Melody Tent in downtown Hyannis. Every year hundreds of seafood enthusiasts come to Hyannis to taste seafood, listen to live music, and celebrate the summer on Cape Cod.


The 15th Annual Taste of Cambridge
July 11

The Taste of Cambridge celebrates its 15th year at Canal Park at CambridgeSide overlooking the beautiful banks of the Charles River. The Taste of Cambridge features 100 of Boston’s best restaurants in Cambridge! Look forward to exciting new participants, sponsors, and entertainment.

Boston Beer and BBQ Fest
July 14

This year’s Boston Beer and BBQ Fest is bigger than ever! Look forward to 25 New England craft brewers and cideries along with six local BBQ joints. 

WGBH Craft Beer Festival 2017 (Brighton)
July 15

Each summer, craft beer aficionados attend the Craft Beer Festival and sample dozens of brews from 20 of the best breweries in the region while live bands perform on the main stage. Guests enjoy some of Boston’s best eats from local food truck vendors and learn more about the brewing process.

4th Annual Bluegrass and BBQ (Topsfield)
July 20

The bluegrass and BBQ event is back, offering an incredible selection of traditional southern BBQ favorites and sides, themed cocktails, stomping bluegrass, and craft beer. Visit the food stations, stomp and swing along with the bluegrass music, sip some beverages, and play lawn games!


Cape Cod Food Truck & Craft Beer Festival (Falmouth)
August 12

This event showcases food trucks featuring everything from lobster rolls to duck tacos to frozen hoagies to juicy burgers and fresh, bubbling pizza.

107th Fisherman’s Feast August (Boston)
August 17–20

The Fisherman’s Feast is an annual event that began in Boston in 1910 and is based on a tradition that goes back to the 16th century in Sciacca Sicily. The Feast is based on the devotion of the fishermen from Sciacca to the Madonna del Soccorso (Our Lady of Help). When the fishermen immigrated to America in the early 1900s, they brought their traditions with them. Today’s Feast is much the same as it was over 100 years ago, with lights adorning the street and the smell of sausage in the air. The current Feast is organized by the descendants of those original immigrants and still includes a procession of the Madonna through the streets of the North End.

Hopfest (Plymouth)
August 19

Hopfest is New England’s most amazing exhibition of the latest and greatest craft beer selection for unlimited sampling as well as food from the region’s top craft beer hotspots! Look forward to smoked BBQ, wings, cheeses, and much more!

37th Annual Gloucester Waterfront Festival (Gloucester)
August 19–20

Sample an array of gourmet delights, like herbal dips, wine slushy, salsas, baked nuts, fudge, olive oils, vinegars, pastries, chocolate, maple syrup, honey, and candied nuts. Bring your appetite for the food court, featuring traditional fair fare including kettle corn, hot dogs, sausage, fresh wraps, kabobs, seafood, lemonade, and Italian ice. Plus, enjoy free live music and various performance arts. 

Clustertruck Food Festival (Lancaster)
August 26

Join for delicious eats from all over the world, represented by dozens of food trucks from all over New England. Engage with over a hundred local artists of varying mediums, with one-of-a kind pieces for purchase. Access a wine and beer garden with a soundtrack from the 80s. Facepaint the kids or send them into bounce or laser maze.

September 7

The Taste of The Fenway is a fun outdoor festival featuring food and drink tastings, music, and art.

Boston Local Food Festival (Boston)
September 17

For one spectacular day each year, the Rose Kennedy Greenway and the city of Boston are transformed into the nation’s largest local and sustainable food hub! This is a free outdoor festival that showcases farmers, local restaurants, food trucks, specialty food producers, fisher folks, and organizations focusing on healthy food and fitness from New England. The festival also features lively chef and DIY demos, a seafood throwdown competition, diverse music and performances, and a family fun zone.

Cape Cod Scallop Festival (East Falmouth)
September 22–24

Head to East Falmouth for famous fried scallop and chicken dinners, plus a food court with beer, wine, chowder, lobster rolls, raw bar, hotdogs, burgers, salads, wraps, and fried dough. Also, look for a juried arts and a craft show, live entertainment, children’s rides, car show, and corn hole tournaments.

Phantom Gourmet Street Food Festival (Boston)
September 23

A ticket to this festival includes sampling of 100 of Phantom’s favorite foods! This indoor/outdoor event is on two streets next to Fenway Park. 



Taste of WGBH Food and Wine Festival (Boston)
October 5–8

The Taste of WGBH Food & Wine Festival is considered the largest food and wine festival in New England, offering a multitude of events and activities over four days, and featuring the best culinary talents the region has to offer. There are adventures for every budget, giving you premier access to enjoy delicious food trends, educational seminars offering insight into the minds of chefs, live music from some of today’s best artists, and the most refreshing adult beverages from around the globe.

Caribbean Rum and Food Festival (Boston)
October 14

Call it rum, rhum, or ron; just don’t call it boring. Enjoy some of the world’s renowned Caribbean rum, cocktail, and food. Patrons will be given a virtual journey through the Caribbean, as they experience the culinary diversity, live entertainment, and the spirits of each Caribbean country. Enjoy the great sampling a variety of Caribbean rum and cocktails.


22nd Annual New England Craft & Specialty Food Fair (Topsfield)
November 10

America’s oldest fairgrounds flourishes with holiday flavor at the Annual New England Craft & Specialty Food Fair. A “food sampling” extravaganza will be presented with gourmet specialty food delights like chocolates, soup mixes, hot sauce, dessert mixes, jams, candy, wine slush mix, fudge, cookies, tea, herbal dips, pastries, Greek oils, pickles, baked nuts, pepper jelly, BBQ sauces, vinegar, toffee, candies, and finishing sauces.
