Celebrate World Lion Day at Franklin Park Zoo!

Take pride in your ROAR and let it be heard in honor of World Lion Day, celebrated in August. Visit the Kalahari Kingdom inside Franklin Park Zoo to see 9-year-old lion brothers, Dinari and Kamaia, and get to know more about them as you ask questions directly to staff during zookeeper chats. Unleash you inner big cat with lion-themed crafts and activities and learn more about these majestic animals and why conservation efforts on their behalf is so important.

Bottle and Can Drive at Stone Zoo

Have some empty bottles and cans on your hands? Skip the trash barrel and head to Stone Zoo during the Bottle and Can Drive! By contributing to this recycling drive, held the second Saturday of each month April through October, you’re not only helping the environment, you’ll also be supporting the zoo.

All of the proceeds from this annual fundraiser benefit conservation efforts supported by Zoo New England, the non-profit organization that manages Stone Zoo and Franklin Park Zoo.

Archery Games Boston : Free Game For Kids

The 13,000 square foot facility that is home to Archery Games Boston is offering a special promotion that runs until Sunday, August 26, 2018. Kids between the ages of 10 and 16 will be able to play a free game when accompanied by a paid adult every Saturday and Sunday in August.
